Blessed Trinity, Sheboygan Falls
Love One Another Capital Campaign 2021

Blessed Trinity, Sheboygan Falls

Our Parish Roots:

One of the first Catholic churches established in Sheboygan County, the history of our parish dates to 1848. The beginning of Blessed Trinity Parish came out of the collaboration efforts between St. Mary’s, St. George, and St. Rose. Dialogue on interparish ministry, the Renew program, and the celebration of a single Eucharist for all three sites at the single location of the high school auditorium helped to bring the reality of eventual merger home to us all. With the advice of his priests, Archbishop Weakland decreed the merger of St. Mary's, St. Rose, and St. George into the new parish of Blessed Trinity. St. Mary’s site is the Blessed Trinity Parish center. Fr. Eugene Neuman became Blessed Trinity's first pastor with its creation in 2001.

  Security Upgrades - $91,000

Our worship space at Blessed Trinity is something we want to continue to pay the utmost love and respect to as to maintain it for generations to come. To make our House of Worship a more secure facility, the parish needs several security upgrades. A portion of our campaign funds will be used to install new exterior church doors, glass panes and frames, an electronic door locking system and security cameras. The Love One Another Campaign will support our parish in achieving these desired upgrades that would normally not be included in our parish budget.

New Maintenance Shed and Cookout Shelter - $97,000

Our old rectory is too costly to repair in its current state to continue using the building. Therefore, we will be raising funds to demolish the old rectory and build a new maintenance shed and cookout shelter.  These new additions will help to revitalize our parish grounds. A new maintenance shed will allow for the continued beautification and up-keep of our grounds. A new cookout shelter will help to strengthen our parish community by giving us space for future exciting events at Blessed Trinity.

  New Church Elevator - $52,718

At the present moment our parish does not have a lift that is dependable for moving people from the main level of the Church to the Church Hall in the basement. At Blessed Trinity, the inclusivity of all parishioners in our community is something we deeply value. To improve accessibility for all parishioners, part of the Love One Another Campaign funds will be used for installing a new elevator. We see this need as a way to communicate our values of welcoming all in our vibrant community and invite a wider participation within our parish.

  Ongoing Maintenance Needs - $159,000

In order to maintain our parish for future generations, we will use funds from the Love One Another Campaigm to make necessary updates to our chruch such as a new boiler and a new HVAC control upgrade.
