The building adjacent to the church houses the rectory, Parish offices, our beautiful new chapel, meeting spaces, and serves other administrative needs. The roof is badly deteriorated and must be replaced to avoid significant long-term damage to the building infrastructure.
The portion of the parking lot between the church and the school receives a great deal of usage, including both foot and automobile traffic. Students use the area as a playground and parishioners park their cars there and walk into church or Paulik Hall. This parking lot needs to be repaved in order to eliminate dangerous conditions which put all users at risk.
In the past three years, we have replaced or repaired three different roofs at the school, including the roof over the gym. The two remaining roofs are 40 years old and in a state of disrepair, such that they must be replaced to avoid water or other damage to the school building. We would like to repair one roof as soon as possible. This project is essential to our ability to continue providing a quality and Catholic education to the school’s 200 students and their families who rely upon the school.
