The St. Catherine church building has been a fixture to the Sharon community and a gathering place for over a century. We have embarked in the past on building projects on an as-needed basis, however, to support the continuation of the parish, we must embark on a number of enhancement projects that will create a more inviting space and improve the structure of our parish. Those projects include a three-year tuckpointing process to the brickwork of the building to strengthen the strucutral integrity of the parish building and the rectory. Another project is painting the parish building and rectory to create a more welcoming space for visitors and parishioners to St. Catherine. These changes will help bolster the parish from within, and help it last into the future.
