St. Thomas Aquinas, Elkhart Lake

Our Parish Roots:

Built in 1896, and formerly known as St. George, we were once part of the Green Bay diocese. In 1967, a new building was built to accommodate those from both parishes of St. Fridolin of Glenbeulah (1865) as well as members of St. George in Elkhart Lake. On July 1, 2001, St. Fridolin and St. George merged to become the parish now known as St. Thomas Aquinas. St. Fridolin is still maintained and can be utilized for special functions. It is located at 210 N. Dillingham, Glenbeulah, WI 53023.

Our Share

Through much prayer, planning and conversation, we have identified our greatest needs and initiatives to strengthen our mission and vision for years to come. Our share of the funds raised will be used to address capital improvement needs, as well as enhance our catholic social responsibility and evangelization programs.

Capital Improvements, Repairs, and Renovations - $120,000

We have been blessed with a wonderful building where we can come together as a parish family to celebrate the Eucharist, pray and continue God’s work in and around Elkhart Lake. In order to continue to be good stewards of our House of Worship we will use money raised from the Love One Another Campaign to address much needed capital improvement projects. These projects include repairing basement water damage, addressing the overhang by parking lot entrance and renovating the chapel and gathering space.

Catholic Social Responsibility and Evangelization - $31,846

$31,846 of the money that is raised through the Love One Another Campaign will be donated to our partnered ZeruZeru ministry that cares for marginalized albino children at the Mary Mother of God of Perpetual Help Center in Lamadi, Tanzania and will also be used for evangelization ministries and efforts here at St. Thomas Aquinas.
