Love One Another Capital Campaign 2021

Holy Apostles, New Berlin

Our Parish Roots

Holy Apostles Catholic Parish has deep roots of faith dating back to 1855 as a little country church. The parish provided for the faith of a rural people and a resting place for them to await the resurrection. The farms have been replaced with subdivisions and the City of New Berlin has grown up around us, but we remain as a place for God’s people to gather. Since our beginning, people have come together to pray, to develop relationships with other Catholics, and to serve the Church and the local community. Holy Apostles School opened in 1893 with 35 students in a 2-room schoolhouse.

Over 125 years later, it continues the rich history of academic excellence and faith-based education and enrolls over 400 students today. We celebrate the more than 2,100 families who are the Holy Apostles community and their generosity and acknowledge our gratitude for all those who have come before us. Holy Apostles is a visible presence of Christ in our community. Our welcoming environment and hospitality continue to grow our mission of forming disciples who will grow in their love of God and others to transform our world.
